Shared care, made easier

Organizing care is a way of caring, too.

Several caregivers, one shared calendar. No more repeating updates in group chats or losing track of who is picking up and who is taking care of what.

No clinical data. Just what helps organize the day.

How it works

Everything your family needs to move together.

Fewer scattered messages. More clarity for everyone who helps with the routine.

1

Shared calendar

Keep therapies, school, and everyday commitments in one clear place.

2

Caregivers in sync

Invite the people who help and choose the right level of access for each one.

3

Made with care

A calm, practical space for organizing routines without pressure or clinical language.

Why it exists

Caring for someone already asks a lot. Organizing should not add weight.

Between appointments, school, family, and everything else life brings, small details can easily get lost.

itawari was created to hold those details gently—without turning your routine into another difficult task.

Privacy first

Only what is essential, always.

You choose who participates and what each person can do.

We do not ask for diagnoses or clinical notes.

Your family owns its information—export or delete it whenever you want.

Behind itawari

A real family routine is where this began.

Hi, I’m Diulli Martins. If you also organize therapy, school, extra activities, and still try to remember who takes them, who picks them up, and who pays—you know exactly what I mean.

My son has ADHD, and our calendar is always full: psychology, extra activities, school topics, books to read. I created itawari because I was tired of carrying all of it alone in my head, and I wanted care to truly be shared by the people who help—not carried by just one person.

If this constant juggling feels familiar, I hope itawari helps you the way it has helped us.
